Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 14, 2025
Welcome to Visa-IQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the Visa-IQ Analysis Report service (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Visa-IQ provides a statistical analysis and informational score regarding the likelihood of success for U.S. visa applications. This score is generated by an AI model trained on historical, anonymized data from over 10,000 real applications. The Service is intended to be an informational tool to help you assess your profile's strengths and weaknesses.
2. No Guarantee or Legal Advice
Our Service is not a guarantee of visa approval. The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the U.S. consular officer at the time of your interview. Visa-IQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information provided should not be considered a substitute for consultation with a qualified immigration attorney.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. The accuracy of the Visa-IQ score is directly dependent on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for your visa application and for any decisions you make based on the information provided by our Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
The Visa-IQ Analysis Report is subject to a one-time payment. Due to the digital nature of the report and the immediate delivery of the analysis, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa-IQ, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, financial loss (such as non-refundable visa application fees), loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information provided by the Service.
- The denial of your visa application for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the Visa-IQ name, and the underlying AI model and software, are the exclusive property of Visa-IQ a Go Elite Global Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visa-IQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
